Design for 2 tower blocks with 13 and 14 storey condominium development at Desa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. Perched by the brow of the Melawati hills, the two blocks will consist of 178 units of 3+1 bedroom apartment and is designed to take advantage of the various views. The use of an efficient independent center core in this design allows for 3 apartment towers to rise and to be accessed into lift lobbies from different angles. Clean straight lines to its facade expressed the modern and elegant tropical design for this high rise residential unit.
