The township of Bandar Baru Enstek in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan has been established itself as a premier suburb in the locality of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The 5,119 acres of the development has been developed gradually and has attracted many residents and investors due to its strategic location.

Formerly an oil palm plantation of LB Johnson Felda Settlement, the township now houses many middle to upmarket residential areas, various institutional complexes to several light and high tech industries. In the upcoming phase of development, the client, TH Properties had planned to build low-density, luxurious bungalows on the Parcel K land, on the north side of the township, bordering the Kuarters KLIA township in the north.

The proposed designs of the bungalow houses are tailored to the climatic context and modern lifestyle of the Malaysian populace. The inclusion of many tropical design elements, such as the huge openings, generous overhangs, direct and cross ventilation, lush landscaping and the close interaction between the internal and external spaces will be reflected in the each unit of these freehold bungalows.

The 14.51 acres of the site will be planned in a linear layout to enhance the connectivity and circulation among the 20 units of houses. With its open concept plan, each unit will be furnished with a spacious yard and porch areas that lead to the main access road. To enhance its security, the development will adopt the gated and guarded concept, with the dual entrance in the main entrance for the visitors.
