The site that measures approximately 15.5 acres, is located in the prime location in the city of Shah Alam. The site is to approach and plan with the building programme suitable with the surrounding context and the building massing is designed to create interesting forms and spaces, which will add value, such as pleasant internal courtyards and pathways, the formation of the buildings is designed to always relate to its context. The sustainability design development meets the Green Building Index.

Buildings facing the river are elevated to reflect the overpass and at the same time create a covered area faces two stadiums from the surrounding development. The rooftop of these buildings can also be accessible from the ground and will be covered with natural grass and foliage.

A waterfront promenade will be extended from the ground floor to the edge of the site and at the two ends of the site; connecting bridges will be built to connect the site with the two stadiums. The area below the underpass will be fully utilised by incorporating appropriate landscaping which will be used as pathways to link the site to the various developments in the area.
