The township area of Nusa Idaman is a part and parcel of the growing new administrative town of Iskandar Puteri in Johor. ATSA Architects has submitted a design proposal of a service apartment for the client, UEM Land. The 18 storey of two apartment blocks will be furnished with many facilities and services, exemplify the modern urban lifestyle for a family or single living occupants.

The high rise residential blocks will see the employment of modern materials reflect the stylish façade design. A straight planar will highlight the verticality of the building, and eventually creating a flat roof structure on the rooftop floor, outfitted with a landscape garden on the same floor, collectively known as a sky deck area.

The apartment will be available in the three types of housing units. The first type, A is a 69.6 square metres (750 square feet) house with two bedrooms, offered in 172 units. While the second type, B is a 88 square metres (950 square feet) with three bedrooms. The remaining 72 units are the C type, with 97.5 square metres (1,050 square feet) with three bedrooms. Plentiful of facilities will be provided, including the multi-purposes hall, changing rooms, gymnasium, swimming pool with wading pool, children's playground, a convenience store, kindergarten, management office, bin centre and a guard house, with the generous number of car park bays.
