The project is a commercial hub located in the vastly sprawling district of Isthmus, Kuching Sarawak to cater for the present and future community and to help in establishing the whole development into one of the main attractions and destinations in Sarawak for now and the future to come. As it is situated by the seaside, the site orientation and the building layout incorporated with the sun path and will be able to provide natural ventilation from the sea breeze. These elements emphasis on reducing heat and providing natural cooling factor for the entire masterplan.

The site measuring at approximately 114 959sq m encompasses of Hyper Market, shop offices and arcade blocks, Arcade Circle and an ample car park bays.

The proposed design of the commercial hub shall embrace the content and essence of the Sarawak culture and architecture. History and likewise the inhibited natural habitat and landscape were taken into the design consideration.

The human need for 'recreation and interaction’ was also considerably adopted, by providing open spaces and likewise the immense and considerable interplay of the water and landscape gives way to provision of the manmade lake, surrounded by the trees and vegetation, gives an interactive space and attraction for people.
