“Rahsia” comes from a Malay word that means “Secret”. Here it is used to describe Rahsia Estates, a 17 acre resort development located near a fishing village at a river mouth on the southern part of Langkawi island. Across the waters overlooking the site is the well known Dayang Bunting island. The site is a 10-15 minute drive to the Langkawi International Airport and 5 minutes away from Cenang Beach. The development comprises high end precincts of various resort and residential types to suit individual lifestyle needs.

Precinct 1 - named “Tree Top Villas” comprises 121 high end serviced apartments/hotel suites with an area selection of 500 sq.ft. to 4,560 sq. ft. Precinct 2 consists of 116 Club Suites, each 400 sq. ft. and 4 penthouse units each of 1,600 sq. ft. Precinct 3 comprises The Cabana Villa Village – 31 luxury villas with private pool. All precincts are self contained with their own club houses and reception buildings.

The gentle terrain within a lush tropical “secret hideaway” landscape and the tranquil ambience of sea, river and forest have all been taken into account in the design of Rahsia Estates. The Resort incorporates elements of traditional vernacular architecture to draw a fine balance between elegance, comfort and a laidback island lifestyle.

Green Building aspects such as LED lighting, inverter air-conditioning, thermal comfort-controllability systems and other environmentally safe features are an intrinsic part of the overall design. Outdoor landscaping includes scented gardens to create a unique sense of exoticism throughout the development.
