The 14-acres Rahsia Estates Resort Residences, Eco-Hotel and Spa is the first full-fledged green mixed development on the island of Langkawi in Kedah. Located in a natural mangrove area in Kedawang, it is situated near the Temoyong River estuary, where a traditional fishermen's jetty can be found. The resort is accessible via Jalan Bukit Malut; that connects to the other parts of the island, including the airport and the Chenang Beach, which is located a stone away.

This Green Building Index (GBI) certified resort will be developed in the three main precincts. The first and second precincts comprise the apartment housing units and a five-star boutique hotel. While the precinct three, the Cabana Villa Village, is a 30 ultra-luxurious beachfront holiday homes, built on a freehold land.

The Cabana Villa Village is a set of exclusive individual bungalows designed with the close interactions of the natural surrounding context, which are the sea, beach and mangrove. Each unit of bungalow has been placed in clusters and staggered down towards the sea, manipulating the panoramic sea view of the Straits of Malacca. To bring more of nature, a lush tropical landscaping will be provided within the walled compound area.

Available in the two cabana design options, the contemporary and tropical designs, the Cabana Villa Village has been proposed with the seven unique types. The biggest type, the Royal Cabana Villa, is a unit of the bungalow with 585.75 square metres (6,305 square feet). The other proposed types, including the Premier Cabana Villa, with 557.23 square metres (5,998 square feet), the Seashell Cabana Villa of 436.36 square metres (4,697 square feet) and also the Beach Cabana Villa with 377.65 square metres (4,065 square feet). For the Premier Cabana Villa, Seashell Cabana Villa and Beach Cabana Villa, they are available with only one unit respectively.

The other three types are the ten units of type A1 with 167.22 square metres (1,800 square feet), the 13 units of type A2 with 169.54 square feet (1,825 square feet) and the linked villas, the four units of type B in the size of 167.22 square metres (1,800 square feet). With its lofty spaces, each bungalow has been designed with a living area, dining area, kitchenette, Koi pond, open balcony with an infinity pool for the contemporary option on the upper floor and a ground floor swimming pool surrounded by an immaculate tropical landscape garden for the vernacular design option.

The Cabana Villa Village is a self-sustained precinct with common central facilities in the clubhouse, where the reception and swimming pool are placed, together with the 81 bays of underground car parks and storage space. For easier connection, a buggy track has also been allocated in this precinct.
