- Shape of the abstract design of the "Red Hour Glass".

- Designed to facilitate Lead gold or Platinum as well as GBI platinum standards

- Landscaped balcony to toilets to allow for open natural ventilation. Having lift lobbies and public corridor on the northernmost facade of the tower, will allow any visiting guest of the tower, an impressive view of the garden and also the signature tower.
