The project sits on a 4, 549 sq m land and is located in the prime industrial area of Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The site is strategic for commercial building as it is situated along the bustling main road of the industrial park amongst other renowned automotive service centres. The building was designed to be multi-functional, encompasses three main features; a showroom, service centre and spare parts centre. The UG level combined of service centre and spare parts centre, incorporating 8 bays for service and repairs, a PDI bay and spare part warehouse which would be able to hold inventories worth RM 5million.

The building incorporates other facilities to accommodate comfortable and friendly working environment such as canteen, prayer room, reading room and provision for handicap.
