Bungalow House

The main objective of the development is to fulfill the client’s demand for a Tropical Concept residential. The project consists of the main building of a double story bungalow and attached at its side, two double story semi detached with an attic on each buildings.

The bungalow design is to be in keeping with the surrounding garden township concept utilizing the landscape and building elevation. Overall, the proposed project will be taking into account various aspects of designs which are appropriate for family living with safety features, circulation and nature.

Bearing in mind the building elevation, emphasis will be given to quality and practicality of space usage aligned with the garden concept township of Putrajaya. The design includes porch space in front of the building overlooking the Putrajaya Lake. There will also be landscape spaces at the front and rear of the residence. Natural earth tone colour will be used on the wall and roof of the building to complement with the existing environment.
