Damansara Heights

Perched on the hillside and against the backdrop of the Damansara Heights green, the 7.5 acres proposed residential development consists of eighteen 3 storey bungalows of Option 1 and twenty six 3 storey bungalows of Option 2.

For Option 1 the built up area ranges from 8000 sq ft to 13045 sq ft. and for Option 2 there are two types of bungalows; Type 1 Bungalow and Type 2 Linked Bungalow. Type 1 bungalow built up area ranges from 8847sq ft to 242818sf.

Central to the idea is to create an ‘energetic and modern lifestyle’ based on urban and contemporary theme that focuses on simplicity and lightness. Thus the architectural expansion focuses on modern clean lines seen on the vertical plane.

- Detail is given, even to the guard house to make a strong entrance statement.
- Simple and elegant elevation treatment - floor to ceiling height glazing where appropriate.
- Roof structure with the variety of curved and mono pitch roof using metal roofs as means of expression.
- Usage of sunshade devices either trellises or concrete fins to address the aesthetic and climatic concerns.
