Denai Alam is a mixed development of residential and commercial on a 920 acre land. It is located along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and about 5km north of Bukit Jelutong. The Denai Alam township is planned according to unique “Denai” or green trail concept which is a 4.8 km continuous green space surrounding the development.

This particular phase J12 of 3 storey super link residential is situated at the south west of the Denai Alam Development which compromised of 104 units (30ft x 80ft) with five different types of design. The project emphasis on design that creates spacious living space with exclusively luxurious features inscribed to its aesthetic values. The overall building design concept is based on Vernacular Contemporary Theme Architecture Concept. Each unit introduced a beautiful relaxing landscaped with reflective pond. The design provide large opening and welcome breezes and natural lighting into the house. The different level of the roofs allows good ventilation and gives the house more cooling sense.

The sustainable design of the project taking measures which heals the ecology of the site. Accommodations are also made to enable recycling, energy efficiency and use of renewable energy that have a harmonious relationship between the inhabitants and nature.
