The development site measuring at approximately 24 acres and it is strategically located in the heart of Nusajaya, about 25km from Singapore via the Second Link Expressway and 15km from the Port of Tanjung Pelepas. It is also about 3km from Kota Iskandar, the administration centre of Johor State. The site is basically undulating terrain between 20m to 60m high consisting of secondary forest and oil palm plantation. The development of the university campus is to accommodate 10 000 students with learning faculties and other major facilities that are design quality, performance, security and resilience. The project will be a unique and practical building that will be the new landmark in Nusajaya. Being the region’s Education Hub, it offers a prestige learning experience with various top 100 universities in the world.

The project employs a centralised designed, focusing on easy access and user friendly. The administration building and the student centre are located at the center entrance of the main campus. Whereas the academic buildings are located on the left and right wings of the main campus and large roof overhang have been used to cover the main campus as well as open spaces around its perimeter.

The project is GBI certified and will be able to provide a world standard tertiary learning institution around the region. It is designed not just to be practical but also conducive for learning and living with facilities integrated into one self sufficient campus. The main campus encompasses of administration building, academic building, teaching building, library, student centre, grand hall, surau, sports facilities, ancillary building, university house and will be beautified with lushes green landscaping elements throughout the whole development.
